Mr. Na is a graduate of Yonsei University in Korea with a Bachelor of Law degree. He went on to receive a Master of Engineering from Hanyang University in Korea. Prior to obtaining a Master of Law Degree (L.L.M.) from Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Na was employed for 11 years as Chief Executive Officer for Keo Pyung Business Group in Seoul, Korea. He has also served as Deputy Manager for Hyundai Motor Company in Korea.

Mr. Na is a member of the New York State Bar.
