Immigrant Visa
Immigrant visas allow a person to remain permanently in the U.S. Once an immigrant visa is approved, the person may then apply for Permanent Resident Status, or a green card. In most cases, after five years of being a Permanent Resident, the person may apply for naturalization as a U.S. citizen. The following are different types of immigrant visas our firm specializes in:
